Not much time left not until the launch of my new site. Most of the software now appears to be working with only the email system left to test out.
However, it's starting to dawn on me now how much work I have taken on with this. I started entering content onto the site over the weekend, and the process is taking considerably longer than I thought it would originally. What this means is that I am probably going to have to hire some people to help with the maintenance which is an additional cost that I hadn't factored into my original plan:-(
Given the tight timescales I am aiming for a 'soft' launch on October 1st as I want to ensure the site is fully functional and all the bugs ironed out before promoting it heavily. The last thing I want is for users to have a poor experience the first time they come to the site.
Hopefully, some fellow Cyberneurs will come and check it out and give me some feedback.
