I know keeping on contact with site users is a good idea - if they opt into it obviously - but how many should you do a week/month? I know when I've registered with sites before I've been inundated with emails which just ticks me off! I think if someone opts into a website's comms they're assuming on a need to know basis - anyone have any comments?
